Delivery & return policy

We’re bummed things didn’t work out for you, but here’s the good news: you get 30 days to return your items.

No worries! Contact us right away and we’ll help guide you through the process.

Here’s the fine print:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed and with tags attached.
  • Pierced jewelery and fashion face masks cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons and are non-refundable.
  • Underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
  • Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors.
  • Items must have all tags attached.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a refund request, you can contact us at hello@theempassion.com. If your purchase is eligible for a refund, we’ll send your money back. Refund request may be initiated up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

The Empassion partners with global merchants and artisans. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Europe (Spain, France, …) and Asia (China, Singapore, …) via our partnership with delivery companies.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-5 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it’s on its way.

We offer international shipping options too – no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

We’re based in Washington D.C, USA.

If you’re buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country’s customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada’s customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country’s customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.

Note: If for some reason your order is never released by customs, we’ll send you a replacement!
